We had a good umrah experience with Hajj Umrah Hub USA, will recommend friend and family!!!

I booked 7 Nights and 3-star Umrah packages from the Hajj Umrah Hub and the price was much lower than other travel agencies in my locality. I am very happy with the services I got. All the promises were fulfilled, like good food and accommodation, direct flights back and forth to Chicago, etc. I found the agents very helpful and prices were much cheaper as compared to other travel agencies in the United States.

My Umrah experience started off really well thanks to great support from Haj Umrah Hub USA really friendly staff especially Saif and great communication maintained with myself especially great assistance from brother Saif even in Medinah & Mecca really went the extra mile. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Saudi for first time. Hotel in Medinah was only 5mins away And in Mecca it was only a short distance walk down the road. Fantastic experience all round. Please maintain these excellent standards. Jazak Allah Khairan!

I recently enjoyed going solo to Umrah, organized by Hajj Umrah Hub USA. Mr. Asad managed everything perfectly from my departure in Houston to my stay in Saudi Arabia, including hotels, transportation, and Ziyarah arrangements. The local transportation agent in Saudi Arabia was incredibly courteous and helpful via WhatsApp. My only suggestion is for the company to arrange Rawdah Alsharifah permits in advance, as I struggled to get an appointment. Great Experience with Hajj Umrah Hub USA the Agent Brother Wahaj were exceptional. From the beginning to the end they were always very patient and accommodating to me. I am a mother traveling with four children youngest being three; they always gave me good advices and efficient and quick great service. Helping with good ticket prices to any situations that have occurred they made sure to help in any way!! Best customer service to best character to best ticket prices. One thing I may add that I really appreciated is their efficient quick text services. That was a great blessing!! Thanks a lot brother Wahaj and brother Nawab for great supervision!

I was lucky to have gone solo to Umrah a few weeks ago through Hajj Umrah Hub USA, Mr. Saif planned everything for me from A to Z prior to my departure from Houston. The hotels, transportation and Ziyarah arrangements in Saudi Arabia were perfect; Mr. Said took care of all of that; I appreciate his efforts and dedication. The transportation company’s agent in Saudi Arabia (who I was in contact with on Whatsapp) was very courteous & helpful and always available to help. My suggestion for the company is to arrange for visitors a permit to enter the Rawdah Alsharifah in Masjid Alnabawi prior to arrival because I was not lucky to get an appointment on Nusuk; and while I was there begging for them to allow me entry, I saw people coming through arrangements like mine and their permits were already arranged for them by their travel agency. I would use Hajj Umrah Hub USA services again in the future and have already recommended them to my friends and family members. Thanks Hajj Umrah Hub and Saif!!!

I tried to book an Umrah in December but was getting so disheartened by the charges that I almost gave up. I did a quick Google search and found Hajj Umrah Hub and from the start to the finish of the booking, Saif took so much time in explaining and directing my options to suit best i.e. In terms of distance to the Haram, location, and so forth. Saif offered a very competitive price and I appreciate it the total transparency with the transactions, and the subsequent email confirmation with the details of the hotels and the transports. The agent Abdul Wahaj who handled my booking was mostly available to answer questions and offer alternatives to me when I had to choose an option for hotel and flight. They also checked in on me my during my travel to confirm that all was going well. I also arranged my transportation within Saudia Arabia with the Hajj Umrah Hub USA which was very good. The transportation was very prompt and the drivers were helpful.
